3.Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives and agents of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.

4.Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM ET on November 4th 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 31st 2026  (“Promotion Period”).

5.How to Enter

A) Online Entry

Visit WinAMillionDollars.com and complete the entry form with your:

• Full name

• Valid email address

• State of residence

• Confirmation of age eligibility (18+)

Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of method.

B) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without using the website, mail a handwritten 3”x5” card with your:

• Full name

• Mailing address

• Email address

• State of residence

• Phone number (optional)

 Entry Conditions

• Automated or mass entries are prohibited.

• Duplicate or fraudulent entries are void.

• Sponsor may disqualify any entry found to violate rules.

6. Prize

Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive $1,000,000 USD, awarded as either:

• A 30-year annuity, OR

• [Optional: lump-sum alternative, if you choose to offer]

Prize conditions apply.

Sponsor may, at its discretion, also award smaller promotional prizes during the Promotion Period.

7. Winner Selection

The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random computerized drawing from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification & Verification

Potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within 72 hours.

Winner must complete:

• Affidavit of eligibility

• Liability and publicity release (where lawful)

• IRS Form W-9

If winner does not respond, fails to complete paperwork, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected.

9. Taxes

The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.

Sponsor will file IRS Form 1099-MISC for prize value where required by law.

10. Publicity

Winner agrees to the use of their first name, last initial, and state for promotional and winner disclosure purposes, unless prohibited by law.

Any additional photos, videos, or interviews will be voluntary.

11. Limitations of Liability

By entering, participants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Technical failures

• Lost/delayed mail

• Unauthorized entries

• Website errors or outages

12. Right to Modify or Cancel

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

13. Disputes

Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law.

14. Winners List

Winner’s first name, last initial, and state will be posted on the website after verification.
