1. HOW DO I ENTER THE CONTEST?
You may enter the contest electronically at http://www.WinAMillionDollars.com/home.htm by entering your email address, as well as your first and last names, in the space provided and clicking the “Submit” button. The draw will take place on May 28th, 2002. There are monthly drawings for other great prizes. Also see the Official Sweepstakes Rules for how to enter by regular mail.
2. IS THERE A CHARGE FOR ENTERING THE CONTEST?
There are no charges associated with WinAMillionDollars.com.
3. WHAT IS THE LEGAL AGE LIMIT?
The Sweepstakes is restricted to individuals of legal age of majority as determined in the jurisdiction in which the individual resides. You cannot enter under any circumstances if you are not at least eighteen years of age.
4. HOW MANY TIMES CAN I ENTER THE CONTEST?
A maximum of one online entry per day per person is permitted. One entry per person per month is permitted by regular mail.
5. IS THE CONTEST VALID OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
This Sweepstakes is only void where prohibited by law. Residents of the Province of Quebec, Canada are not eligible.
6. CAN I ENTER A FRIEND’S EMAIL ADDRESS SO THEY TOO WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN ONE MILLION DOLLARS?
You can recommend this site to your friends, but you cannot enter them without their knowledge; they will have to come to the site and do it themselves. Go to http://www.WinAMillionDollars.com/tellafriend.htm, then enter your friends’ email addresses, along with your own. Your friends will receive an email with information on our MILLION DOLLAR SWEEPSTAKES and a link to this site.
7. WHERE CAN I SEE A LIST OF WINNERS?
Go to http://www.WinAMillionDollars.com/winners.htm to view our winners list and read their comments.
8. HOW ARE THE WINNERS CHOSEN?
All winners of monthly prizes are chosen by means of a random function that generates a random number associated with an email address. Winners will be notified by email and must provide confirmation to us within the stipulated time periods. We reserve the right to publish winners’ names & likeness’ on our site and in our newsletter. Odds of winning each prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the time of the drawing.
9. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRIZE TO BE DELIVERED?
Delivery of prizes may take up to 8 weeks. Winners of monthly prizes must provide a digitized photograph and execute a publicity release within 72 hours following confirmation by said Monthly Prize winner. Arrangements for delivery will be made after WinAMillionDollars.com receives the required documents.
